1. Who we are
Digital Drive Enterprises FZCO is the controller of personal data collected through this website. We are registered in the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre free zone under registration number DMCC83112.
2. What we collect
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to reply to you.
- Details you submit through the contact form: your name, email address, company name if you provide one, and your message.
- Standard technical data generated when any browser requests a page, such as IP address, user agent and timestamp. This is used for security and abuse prevention.
We do not use advertising cookies, third party analytics trackers or behavioural profiling on this website.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and continue that correspondence.
- To protect the website against spam, abuse and misuse.
- To meet legal, regulatory and record keeping obligations.
We rely on your consent when you choose to contact us, and on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website and responding to business enquiries.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site and handle enquiries, such as our hosting and message delivery providers, and only to the extent needed. Those providers are bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations. We may also disclose data where required by law or by a competent regulator.
5. International transfers
Our infrastructure providers may process data outside the United Arab Emirates. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection.
6. Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, and afterwards for as long as required by applicable record keeping rules. Technical logs are kept for a short period.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including UAE Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you may request access to your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our processing of it, or ask for it in a portable form. You may also withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the form on our home page and tell us what you would like us to do.
8. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold, including encryption in transit, access control and minimisation. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not ask for sensitive information through the contact form.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The version published here is the current one, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
